Ilmoittautuminen on sitova. Kurssipaikan peruuttaminen on mahdollista ennen kurssin toista harjoituskertaa. Muussa tapauksessa maksua ei palauteta. Veloitamme maksupalautuksen yhteydessä 30 euron toimistomaksun. Jäsenmaksua ei palauteta.

Lääkärintodistusta vastaan hyvitämme kurssimaksun kokonaan tai käymättä jääneiden kertojen osuuden ilman toimistomaksua. Mahdollinen lääkärintodistus on esitettävä peruutuksen yhteydessä.

Kurssipaikka tulee peruuttaa aina sähköpostitse info@kuuskuopio.fi. Kurssimaksun voi halutessaan siirtää saman tilikauden sisällä (1.8.-31.7.) toiseen kurssiin tai toisen henkilön kurssimaksuun.

Course entries are binding. Cancellation of the course participation is possible before the second training session of the course. If these conditions are not followed the participation fee won’t be refunded. In the case of cancellation, the club will charge 30€ handling fee. The Swimming club’s membership fee is non-refundable.

If the participation is cancelled due to medical reasons you are required to provide a doctor’s certificate. With the doctors’ certificate, the participation fee can be refunded in part or fully depending on the terms. In these cases’ the office handling fee won’t be charged. The doctors’ certificate needs to be presented at the same time as cancelling your participation.

Participation cancellation needs to be done always by email info@kuuskuopio.fi. Participation fees are transferrable to another course, family member or another activity from Kuopio Swimming Club during the same financial year (1.8.-31.7.).
